Upload only a government-issued photo ID with your name and photo visible; cover your ID number, date of birth, address, barcode, and signature. Only authorized Heavenly Collection personnel will review submissions. We normally delete your ID upload within 7 days after your order is verified and fulfilled. We may retain it longer if reasonably necessary for a legal obligation, payment dispute, or active fraud investigation, and will delete it when that need ends. Your billing and shipping addresses do not have to match, and the address printed on your ID does not need to match your delivery address.
